He carries us..

Hey Gals! Emmy here..
God our father really carries us through anything and everything. He is always there right beside us, and through the hard times he holds us in his arms.  I've always thought this poem was really cool and so true!

One night I had a dream--
I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord
and across the sky flashed scenes from my life.
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints,
one belonged to me and the other to the Lord.
When the last scene of my life flashed before me,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I noticed that many times along the path of my life,
there was only one set of footprints.
I also noticed that it happened at the very lowest
and saddest times in my life.
This really bothered me and I questioned the Lord about it.
"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you,
you would walk with me all the way,
but I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life
there is only one set of footprints.
"I don't understand why in times when I needed you most,
you should leave me."
The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child,
I love you and I would never, never leave you
during your times of trial and suffering.
"When you saw only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

I also have a hair tip for ya..

Flower and bow hair clips are super nice for those days when you just want to through your hair up in a pony tail or a quick bun or even just want to leave it down but still want it to look nice. I use them all the time! You can see in the picture below how the flowers and the bow make it so much cuter  . . .

Hope you enjoyed my post and tip :)

The One True God.......

The God who looks down on me and watches me each and every day.

The God who loved us sooooo very much, that He sent His ony Son to take the weight of our sin on the cross.

The God who has so much grace and forgiveness that He can forgive me each an every day when i sin against Him.

The God who is Love.

The God who gives hope to the hopeless

The God who listens to my cries out to Him.

The God who came down to this earth and healed the sick.

The God who saved me.

The God who created the whole universe, and you and me.

And the God who looks down on us and sees are heart, and He sees our true beauty that the world would not see. And He loves us for who we are! How amazing it is to think that God, the Once who came to this earth to die for us, that He would look at us, and see beauty in our heart.

I encourage myself and you girls to live every day, knowing that God is looking at your heart, and that  God loves you!

One more thing . .

Tonight me and my sister Aleks went to a girls bible study held by our friends, It was SO inspirational and a great testimony. I learned so much, but I want to share one thing in particular. Our friend, Libby started talking about how our life on earth is nothing compared to eternity in heaven she used a quote to, "If our time in heaven was the ocean, time on earth would be a rain drop" pretty intresting! She also said that since we only have so much time on earth to make it count. To change a life, you might think 'you cant change a life just like that' but the bible says "For nothing is impossible with God" - Luke 1:37. I believe that this blog me and Noelle are doing can change a life. And if I can even help change a life with my time on earth it will not be a waste.

Here is a video that will explain what Im saying a little better, It really makes you think!

God bless!

A message from Emmy...

Hey! This is Emmy,
Since Noelle has been on vacation I am supposed to be the one to keep the blog updated and as you can see I haven't done a good job : /

Happy new year!! I don't know about you but I like to start the new year fresh, let go of the past and dream of the future. I am devoted to give my future to God, to let Him guide my path. I hope you to give yourself to Him and let Him guide your future.

I am also going to give a 'fashion' tip on belts . . .

Belts are REALLY nice for those days where you have a pretty plain outfit and want to give it a little more color or just make it look nicer, here are some examples:

Belt.

You see with this outfit was sorta plain and the belt I chose (you can most likely find one like it pretty cheap at lots of stores) its color evens out the outfit and makes it look nicer.

                            Belt.
This outfit was nice but still kinda plain, the belt is actually two different parts (the belt and the flower) you can always dress them up to look nicer or more fun. I think that the belt I chose made the outfit nicer and dressier.

Thanks for taking your time to read this! I hope you found the tips helpful.

God bless,
♥Emmy

This first post is done by both of us!  So we are typing in different colors of text so that you know who is writing what ; )  Noelle's in pink and Emmelia's in blue!

Do you ever have those days, where you look in the mirror and all you can see is those blemishes on your face and your frizzy hair and you think how so many girls are perfect, perfect skin, perfect hair, etc. but the truth of the matter is NO one is 'perfect'. God made you the way you are, he didn't make a mistake and give you blemishes on your face and hair that can never look just right. And even if the world looks at your blemishes and hair like that's who you are, its not. I am not saying there are no girls that have amazing hair and great skin, but NO one is perfect. Of course, we should care about what we look like on the outside, cuz God gave us these bodies for a reason, but we should start with our hearts. You know when you turn a shirt inside out, and the inside doesn't look as pretty at all, cuz you can see all the seems and everything. Well, imagine that you were turned inside out.....would people see all the "seems" of sin, and think "Whoa....this girl is a lot prettier on the outside than she is on the inside" or would they see beauty in your heart? I ask myself this all the time! I can't imagine what i would look like if all any one saw was my heart!!! :/ I want to live daily as though i am "turned inside out" so that people see, first, the true beauty of my heart. Your true beauty is not on the outside, but the inside. I hope you will be inspired to see yourself as God sees you through His eyes of love.
Love,

NOELLE : )  and ♥Emmy
